Job summary

Window Genie of Lexington is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial business across Central Kentucky. You will actively build relationships with property managers, facility managers, apartment communities, businesses, schools, and other commercial customers.

This full-time role offers starting pay of $20/hour plus commission and benefits, with a potential to reach $65,000+ per year as your book of business expands.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to build relationships with commercial clients.
• Comfortable scheduling meetings and doing property walkthroughs.
• Willingness to travel across Central Kentucky for business development.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective commercial customers.
• Visit local businesses and introduce Window Genie.
• Build relationships with commercial decision makers.
• Schedule and conduct meetings and property walkthroughs.
• Prepare estimates and follow up until a decision is made.
• Attend networking and community events.
• Grow existing accounts with additional services.
• Keep opportunities and follow-ups organized in the CRM.
