Job summary

OPC Pest Services in Lexington is seeking a driven Commercial Outside Sales Account Executive to expand our commercial client base across Central Kentucky. You will proactively build relationships with business owners, close B2B deals, and collaborate with our sales and service teams to deliver tailored pest control solutions.

We offer up to 12 weeks of paid training, a base wage of $40,000–$45,000 plus uncapped commissions, and a path to earnings over $110,000 annually or more in total

Qualifications

• 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• 2 years' experience in home services sales preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and develop new commercial accounts
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Partner with our commercial sales and service teams to deliver custom pest control solutions
• Represent a trusted, long-standing local brand that businesses already respect
• Run your business autonomously with support of a strong internal team
