Job summary

Window Genie of Clear Lake is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Charlotte and Lake Norman market. You’ll actively reach out to commercial customers, visit businesses, and build relationships with property managers and decision makers.

You will train in our sales system, manage CRM, and pursue new business while expanding existing accounts. A strong commission plan and benefits accompany a starting pay of $20/hour plus commission.

• Starting Pay: $20/hour + Commission + Benefits
• Earning Potential: $75,000+ per year

Are you outgoing, competitive, and comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations? Window Genie is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to help grow our commercial business throughout the Charlotte and Lake Norman market. This is not a sit-at-your-desk-and-wait-for-leads sales job; you'll actively build relationships with property managers, facility managers, apartment communities, businesses, schools, and other commercial customers throughout one of the fastest-growing markets in the Southeast. We'll give you the training, sales system, CRM, and support. Your job is to make connections, build relationships, and create new business.

Sales, hospitality, restaurant management, property management, home services, recruiting, or other customer-facing experience is a plus.
