Job summary

Window Genie of Lexington is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial business across Central Kentucky. You will actively build relationships with property managers, facility managers, apartment communities, businesses, schools, and other commercial customers.

Youll receive training, a sales system, CRM, and support. The role emphasizes making connections, selling services, and expanding our commercial book of business with ongoing commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Outgoing, loves talking to people.
• Willing to make outbound calls.
• Able to work independently.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective commercial customers.
• Visit local businesses and introduce Window Genie.
• Build relationships with commercial decision makers.
• Schedule and conduct meetings and property walkthroughs.
• Prepare estimates and follow up until you get an answer.
• Attend networking and community events.
• Grow existing accounts with additional and recurring services.
• Keep opportunities and follow-ups organized in our sales system.
