Job summary

Summit Utilities, through Peaks Renewables, is seeking a Commercial Operations Associate I to drive the RNG portfolio's financial and operational performance. You will build models, dashboards, and analyses, partner with FP&A and M&A teams, and help scale the commercial function across markets with ERP and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering or related field; MBA/CFA a plus.
• 4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, commercial operations, energy marketing/trading, or related finance roles.
• Experience in RNG, renewable fuels, environmental commodities, gas or power markets preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building and owning financial models and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial/operating models and KPI dashboards.
• Lead monthly operating and financial reviews and identify value-added projects.
• Oversee environmental credit monetization and revenue compliance for programs.
• Support strategy development for new markets and bolt-on opportunities.
• Lead ERP implementation and integration of acquired assets into the portfolio.
• Coordinate and review analyst work and develop junior team members.
