Job summary

Ace Relocation Systems is seeking a Commercial Services Supervisor to coordinate the flow of commercial work and materials across branch operations, aligning sales, administration, and warehouse execution. You will enforce standards, train staff, and ensure billing accuracy and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, process discipline, and cross‑branch collaboration to improve operational execution, customer communications, and contract adherence across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience.
• Experience with billing or accounts receivable is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that commercial administrative processes are followed and policy compliance is maintained.
• Monitor and ensure COD payments are collected prior to job execution and enforce credit controls.
• Review monthly billing across branches for accuracy and timeliness, and support revenue processing.
• Train commercial staff on new workflows (RAMP implementation) and ensure consistent execution across offices.
• Audit billing integrity and documentation, ensuring WISE/RAMP usage and accuracy of supporting materials.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on staffing, onboarding, and performance management of commercial admin staff.
