Job summary

Figure, an AI robotics company headquartered in San Jose, CA, seeks a Commercial Operations Associate to plan and execute humanoid robot deployments. You will lead cross-functional efforts, define use cases, and ensure successful field deployments.

You will work with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate roadmaps into actionable operations, develop test plans, and drive progress in high-pressure environments while maintaining customer-facing focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3-6 years of work experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Experience defining team strategy and multiyear growth plan.
• Excellent judgment, team leadership, and execution under pressure.
• Ability to own workflows and drive progress autonomously.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
