Job summary

Figure is seeking a Humanoid Robot Operator in Los Angeles on a contract-to-hire basis to test and validate new behaviors and skills on our humanoid robots at customer sites.

You will operate the robot in the field, follow maintenance procedures, report bugs via Jira, and ensure safety. Strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

This is a contract-to-hire position with the goal of transitioning to full-time employment.

The US base hourly rate for this full-time position is $26-30/hr.

The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
