Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce CRM and ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales dashboards and KPI reports.
• Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate communication between Sales, Estimating, and Engineering during the quotation process.
• Coordinate new customer onboarding activities and ensure timely flow to meet timelines.
• Prepare executive reports and commercial summaries.
