An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control and analysis for various engineering projects. This role involves preparing documentation, monitoring subcontractor claims, and collaborating with engineering and procurement teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, particularly in offshore and petrochemical sectors. Prepares documentation and substantiation for measurement, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements.
Analyses, quantifies and prepares materials, quantity of work scope and records into database for managing of material and cost.
Monitors changes to design and construction work, measures and values work done.
Manages full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, claims and measurement / bill of quantities.
Prepares tender document, bid checklist, secures bid and prepares bid evaluation and summary.
Monitors, reviews and checks subcontractor claims and invoices in a timely manner.
Manages and prepares variation orders and carry over work.
Performs cost control, cost analysis and reporting.
Works closely with Engineering, Procurement & Subcontract teams to support timely contract price adjustments.
Any other assigned ad-hoc duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in any Engineering discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Familiarity with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, and onshore petrochemical plants will be an added advantage.
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to commit overtime as and when required.

Friday : 8 : 00am – 4.30pm
