Wilshire Finance Partners in Irvine, CA seeks a Mortgage Transaction Coordinator & Assistant to support our commercial real estate mortgage team. You will respond to inbound calls, pre-qualify properties and borrowers, collect documents, and manage high-volume loan inquiries.

The role requires mortgage lending experience, strong phone presence, excellent organization, CRM proficiency, and Excel/MS Office skills. Base salary is $70,000–$85,000 with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Mortgage lending experience is required; multifamily (5+ units) and/or commercial mortgage processing is highly desirable.
• Strong phone presence and follow-up skills are essential.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage CRM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and leads quickly.
• Pre-qualify properties and borrowers.
• Collect documents and information from applicants.
• Manage high-volume loan inquiries and move deals forward.
• Follow up consistently to advance transactions.
• Support other team members and provide administrative assistance.
