Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial management of large MEP installations.
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.
• Experience managing complex procurement, subcontract administration, and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement strategies, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Optimize subcontractor payment processes and implement new systems.
• Support monthly cost reporting and forecast cost to complete.
• Coordinate with third-party fund monitors to ensure compliance.
• Oversee procurement, contract management, and subcontract closeout.
• Monitor supply chain performance and contractor costs against contracts.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration.
