Landis+Gyr in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Commercial Manager to drive commercial strategy, profitability, and customer responses for assigned deals. You will lead the DTO process, prepare high-quality proposals, manage project scope, risk, and contracts while ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional sales to shape winning pricing, terms, and handoffs to execution, delivering value to utilities and customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required
• MBA is a plus
• 5-7+ years of experience required
• Experience in sales, commercial finance, contract negotiation, risk and/or project management

Responsabilidades

• Provide competitive quotes built on winning pricing strategies and equitable terms & conditions.
• Lead the transactional deal process (DTO) with ability to structure creative win-win solutions.
• Spearhead deal reviews to ensure risks, mitigation strategies and business approvals are reflected in scope, schedule, financials and quote/response.
• Interface with Region Sales teams to develop commercial strategies and solutions meeting customer requirements and business goals.
• Support the deal team during negotiations to ensure successful closure.
• Own a clean handoff to execution/deployment team.
• Develop terms & conditions and contracts with legal.
