Job summary

Landis+Gyr AG is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive the commercial strategy for assigned deals. You will lead the demand-to-order process, provide competitive proposals, and coordinate with legal and regional teams to ensure timely, compliant, and profitable outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus, and 5–7+ years of experience in sales, finance, contract negotiation, or project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–7+ years of experience in commercial roles or related fields.
• Strong ability to structure deals, negotiate terms, and manage customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and drive commercial strategy.
• Lead the DTO process and provide high-quality proposals/quotes.
• Own deal formulation, including project management, risk and compliance, and contracting.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions and secure internal approvals.
• Coordinate with Region Sales to meet/exceed customer requirements and business goals.
• Support negotiations and ensure clean handoffs to execution/deployment teams.
• Develop terms and contracts in collaboration with legal teams.
• Maintain alignment with company values and code of conduct.
