Landis+Gyr, a global energy technology leader, seeks a Sr. Manager, Commercial Operations to drive deal lifecycle, DTO process, and contract risk management across cross-functional teams.

You will shape pricing, terms, and risk controls while coordinating with Sales, Finance, PMO, and Legal to deliver compliant, competitive proposals. This role emphasizes project management, contract drafting, and strategic collaboration to meet business objectives and customer needs in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

• 7+ to 10 years of experience in commercial operations.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA a plus.
• Certifications: PMP, APMP, ACCM.

Responsibilities

• Own complex commercial activities through the deal lifecycle from request to contract closure.
• Lead cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and deal outcomes.
• Lead and mentor resources within Commercial Operations and Deal Team.
• Enforce the DTO process and ensure proper CRM/SharePoint usage.
• Present deal reviews highlighting risks, mitigations, and approvals.
• Develop commercial strategies in collaboration with Sales and Legal.
