Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 1–2 years of related experience; combination of experience and education considered.
1–2 years of commercial HVAC experience required.
Meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladder/climb, lifting 50 lbs+.
Able to follow basic work routines and standards.
Excellent communication to exchange straightforward information.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for building HVAC.
Maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment within facilities.
Conduct ongoing maintenance to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine actions for modifications.
Follow defined procedures and processes under supervision to deliver outputs.
