Job summary

TOK Commercial in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee operation and upkeep of our commercial properties. You will handle HVAC, light electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, while coordinating with tenants and ensuring safety and compliance on every job.

This role requires a high school diploma, HVAC experience or certification is a plus, and at least 3 years in building maintenance. A valid driver’s license and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience or certification is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience required.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with limited technical guidance and independently.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first line of contact between tenants and property manager for maintenance.
• Performs general maintenance on commercial properties including lighting, basic plumbing.
• Identify and remediate safety hazards before work begins.
• Provide information, recommendations, and solutions using problem solving.
• Complete work orders and manage time and materials; capture hours in Fieldpoint Maintenance Module.
• Aim for 90% efficiency by capturing hours in work orders.
• Perform repairs across electrical, structural, and plumbing as needed.
• Maintain professional attendance and behavior; complete assigned work orders.
