Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life-safety systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete minor-to-moderate repairs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant maintenance requests.
• Monitor building systems and energy-management where applicable.
• Coordinate and oversee work by outside contractors and service vendors.
• Maintain accurate work orders, inspections, maintenance, and equipment records.
