Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial building operations or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals and written instructions.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform general repairs and component replacements on building fixtures and appliances.
• Apply HVAC distribution knowledge to adjust work orders and resolve issues.
• Maintain operation logs and safety records for the property.
• Provide concierge-style service to internal and external partners.
