Job summary

Sunrise Banks is seeking a Business Banking Associate in the Como branch for a hybrid work arrangement. You will support the Commercial Lending and Portfolio Management teams by maintaining client relationships and collecting financial data to support loan decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating loan closings, due diligence (title, lien searches, credit reports, flood determinations), and ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year college degree in business field preferred.
• 1-2 years BBA or related experience required.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; Fiserv & Abrigo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Lending and Portfolio Management teams by maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate loan closings with title companies, attorneys, and other parties.
• Perform due diligence for loan closings (title policies, lien searches, credit reports, OFAC, etc.).
• Review loan documents and assist with booking and fees processing.
• Maintain borrower document library and assist in post-closing review and reporting.
