Grand Pacific Financing Corporation is seeking a proactive Commercial Loan Assistant to support our expanding team of loan originators and loan officers. You will assist through every stage of the commercial loan process, coordinating between clients and internal teams to keep files moving toward closing.

Responsibilities include collecting and verifying documentation, assisting with financial analysis, and ensuring accurate progress of loan files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong credit analysis and accounting background.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Ability to analyze financial data.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect the required information from borrowers.
• Verify documents provided by borrowers.
• Gather information for underwriting, including title search, property value evaluation, and financial analysis.
• Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum requirements.
• Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process.
• Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor.
