Responsibilities

Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist with inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist lenders with loan requests: gather financial information, order credit reports, and prepare forms for approval.
Coordinate loan documentation: gather information, order appraisals, title searches, and close loans.
Assist with loan administration and servicing, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
