Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to support lending decisions.
• Assess credit risk and evaluate collateral.
• Review loan structure and policy compliance for each loan file.
• Prepare clear, fact-based presentations of borrower risk for lending decisions.
• Assist Officer Loan Committee, Executive Management, and Board of Directors with risk assessments to promote safe and sound lending practices.
• Independently evaluate borrower and guarantor financial performance, identify trends and potential concerns.
