Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to join our team. You will gather and analyze credit information on current and potential business borrowers, determine the advisability of granting credit, and prepare risk ratings and formal credit memoranda.

You will support loan reviews, assist in new loan origination, and collaborate with Business Services Officers to assess risk and structure suitable loan packages.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of commercial underwriting or financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Understanding of diverse commercial loan types and structures, and applicable regulations (FIRREA, BSA, HMDA, NCUA guidance).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage credit risk on assigned portfolios and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Spread and analyze financials using Buker's spreading software.
• Complete annual loan reviews and assist in new loan origination.
