Job summary

Pioneer Bank is seeking a Commercial Lender to maintain and expand relationships with an existing customer base in Roswell, NM, and to develop new business for the Roswell market. The role may also support other Pioneer Bank markets as needed.

The ideal candidate has lending or loan analysis experience and is comfortable using the bank's technology and banking software, with willingness to work traditional hours and attend some evening/weekend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• Experience in lending or loan analysis preferred.
• Able to operate the bank's technology and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships with an existing customer base.
• Develop new business as a Commercial Lender for the Roswell market.
• Support other smaller markets Pioneer Bank serves.
