Busey Bank's Commercial Loan Post Closing Review Release Specialist I is part of the Post Closing Team within the Commercial Bank Service Support Department. The role focuses on preparing and executing release documents and researching collateral for audits, with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The position supports the Commercial Lending Division, communicates with borrowers, and handles document processing under time pressures while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Formación

• Knowledge of various lending regulations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Analyze and solve problems where there are no precedents.
• Perform duties under frequent time pressures.
• Education: High School diploma; continuing education preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in commercial collateral/liens or documentation preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Responsabilidades

• Complete collateral lien releases on Commercial loans.
• Contact information as needed to release Bank’s lien or assignment.
• Research information using external programs for releases.
• Receive and mail recorded satisfaction documents as required by state law.
• Verify information is scanned to core system of record.
• Remove/update exceptions for covenant tracking.
• Comply with applicable regulations and bank policies.
• Assist in special projects and other duties.
