Busey Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Post Closing Review Release Specialist I in Creve Coeur, MO. You will prepare and execute release documents for commercial loans and assist with collateral research for audits, ensuring accuracy in the core system and compliance with lending regulations.

You will contact borrowers, gather necessary information, and manage exceptions for covenant tracking. The role offers a base hourly pay with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma; continuing education preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in commercial collateral/liens or documentation preferred.
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Adobe. Other bank proprietary systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Complete collateral lien releases on Commercial loans.
• Call or email to obtain information to release the Bank's lien.
• Research using external programs to obtain release information.
• Receive recorded satisfaction documents and mail to borrowers as required.
• Verify information is scanned to core system of record.
• Remove/update exception items for covenant tracking.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
