The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Commercial Loan Processor in the Waukesha, WImarket. The successful Commercial Loan Processor candidate will be responsible for operational and administrative support within the bank’s commercial lending function.

This position offers a generous salary of up to $52K and a full benefits package.

Commercial Loan Processor responsibilities include:

• Preparing and processing all commercial loan documentation, utilizing Credit Quest and Laser Pro.
• Working with the lending officer to ensure that we have all the proper documentation needed to complete the file based on the product and the approval.
• Ensuring appropriate approval and/or waivers and exceptions are obtained prior to closing.
• Confirming closing statements and bank settlement statements are in balance with lender fees.
• Ensuring accurate entry of all commercial loan terms to the bank’s core system.
• Ensuring loan documents are filed with the appropriate agencies, including but not limited to lien placements, mortgage recordings, and UCC’s.
• Auditing of the loan entry function.
• Generating payoff letters and process payments and payoffs.
• All other assigned duties.
