Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of loan processing experience required.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-up, and file maintenance.
• Ability to meet deadlines, function under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
• This position requires a detailed minded individual with strong oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Loan Department by keeping consumer loan files accurate, complete, and moving efficiently through the lending process.
• Manage a pipeline of direct and indirect consumer-loan files, review submissions for completeness, and work closely with Loan Officers, Dealers, and Members to help create a smooth and reliable loan experience.
• Explain detailed requirements clearly, follow up effectively, and collaborate with multiple partners in a fast-paced lending environment.
