Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior credit or loan processing experience in a financial institution.
• 2+ years of prior banking or similar financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of real estate documentation; knowledge of loan production activities, terminology, and compliance regulations.
• Basic understanding of title policies and related loan regulations such as RESPA and HMDA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, time management and organizational abilities; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with approvals and bank policies.
• Prepare in-house loan documents and disclosures for closing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of real estate documentation and contracts; ensure proper lien recording and adherence to UCC requirements.
• Confirm accuracy of loan fees and settlement statements.
• Collaborate with loan officers and attorneys for complete documentation; support loan operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Adopt AI-assisted learning systems to improve review accuracy and workflow efficiency.
