Job summary

You will partner with Credit, Loan Operations, Treasury Management, and outside providers, using nCino to track updates from intake through closing.

This role emphasizes task prioritization, proactive follow-up, and ensuring timely approvals and closings while supporting renewals and client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Education/training equivalent to a Bachelors Degree.
• More than one year, fewer than three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loan documentation and workflow to move opportunities from intake to closing.
• Coordinate with RM and third parties to collect documents and track appraisals and title work.
• Request and assemble documentation in a timely fashion for review and re-issuance.
• Maintain accurate loan workflow records in nCino by updating opportunities and items as directed.
• Support renewals and maturities by gathering required information and documents.
• Support accurate funding by reconciling disbursement details and escalating discrepancies.
• Attend loan closings as needed and serve as notary for client documents.
• Provide post-closing support with account transfers and routine servicing questions.
