Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Appraise and review real estate appraisals for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Generate and verify regulatory reports from core systems.
• Assist with commercial and construction loan administration and documentation.
• Maintain and monitor loan documentation and draw requests.
• Coordinate with appraisers, inspectors, and loan staff to ensure timely processing.
