Job summary

Plumas Bank in Reno, NV is seeking a Portfolio Manager I to support the commercial lending team with urgency and accuracy, assisting in loan processing, documentation, and client interactions. You will build profiles in loan origination software, help prepare memos and term sheets, and coordinate with lenders and portfolio managers to ensure compliance and timely closings.

Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements are required; a related degree and 1–3 years

Qualifications

• Associate degree or combined education/experience in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting or finance.
• 1–3 years of lending experience required; emphasis on small business lending.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial lending team in all loan process aspects.
• Prepare prospect review memos, ALCO requests and term sheets/LOIs; attend meetings as needed.
• Build customer profiles in loan origination software and manage loan intake workflows.
• Assist in obtaining financial docs and participate in loan closing processes.
