Job summary

Maps Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Lending professional to manage the full loan lifecycle—from origination to servicing—while maintaining strong member relationships and adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with relationship managers and credit analysts to ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and high-quality service to members and borrowers. This role requires in-person work in Oregon City, with emphasis on compliance and loan file integrity.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to onboard loans into core system.
• Experience with LaserPro or similar loan documentation platform.
• Ability to build relationships with members, borrowers and staff.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of the commercial loan portfolio.
• Prepare loan documents and audit for completion.
• Coordinate with staff and external providers to facilitate timely processing and closings.
• Process loan payments, advances, and payoffs; monitor loans through periodic reviews and proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, AML and related policies.
