Busey Bank is seeking a Loan Coordinator II to ensure data integrity of customer and loan information in the loan origination process. You will work closely with Relationship Managers to handle complex loan requests and support niche lending groups, while training others as needed.

You will oversee renewals, new loan requests, and monthly reporting with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years of loan coordinating experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and bank systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of the bank's credit culture and advises on deviations.
• Acts as a resource for Relationship Managers on loan operations and processing.
• Serves as liaison between commercial lending departments and other internal teams.
