Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support the Commercial/Market Relationship Management teams. You will coordinate loan closings, prepare documents, and maintain customer files to assist Relationship Bankers in managing portfolios.

Responsibilities include client liaison, knowledge of bank products, and cross-selling opportunities while upholding confidentiality in a professional banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial/business lending support role.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of loan closings with attorneys, appraisers and other outside professionals to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure loan documents are prepared by deadlines.
• Assimilate, file and distribute financial and collateral documentation after loan closes.
• Organize and maintain customer files to support Relationship Banker/Manager's portfolio management.
• Promote and cross-sell other Origin Bank products and services.
