Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of commercial lending relationship management experience preferred.
• Ability to build and grow a diverse portfolio of business products with growing entrepreneurial businesses.
• Strong customer- and people-relationship skills with sound credit analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as relationship manager to deliver advice and value for business customers.
• Grow and retain business in line with credit and risk strategies.
• Connect customers with products including deposits, planning, treasury services, and credit accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of relationships, aiming for growth and retention, in the geography framework.
• Identify opportunities and build centers of influence (attorneys, accountants, referral sources).
• Coordinate with product partners to deliver solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, laws, and risk controls.
