Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of work experience, or a combined minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year’s work experience.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience; paralegal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial documentation preparation requests and determine requirements.
• Order due diligence to support document preparation and deliver to Relationship Manager for execution.
• Interact with lending staff, internal counsel and management to clarify missing information and complete the package.
