Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and a minimum of 1 year’s work experience, or a combined minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Paralegal experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes commercial document preparation requests to determine requirements.
• Orders due diligence to support document preparation.
• Completes documentation packages and delivers to Relationship Manager.
• Interacts with lending staff, counsel, and management to clarify information.
• Completes standard packages and trains for higher complexity.
• Ensures document files are archived and adheres to risk and regulatory standards.
• Escalates risk-related issues to management.
• Supports the Commercial, Business Banking and Private Banking lines.
