First International Bank & Trust is seeking a Loan Documentation Review Specialist to join our Loan Operations team in Sioux Falls. This role requires expertise in attorney-prepared loan documents and ensuring they reflect approved terms and bank policy.

You will prepare in-house loan documents using LaserPro, review corporate entities and signing authorities, and resolve discrepancies with lenders and attorneys to maintain compliant, accurate loan packages.

Qualifikationen

• Experience reviewing attorney-prepared loan documentation.
• Associate's degree and at least four years of experience in loan documentation or related field.
• Working knowledge of commercial lending documentation and loan terms.

Aufgaben

• Review attorney-prepared loan documentation to ensure alignment with approved terms and bank policy, including covenants and reporting requirements.
• Review corporate organizational documents to evaluate governance and signing authority.
• Review terms for commercial, CRE and agricultural loans and financial components.
• Prepare loan document packages reflecting approved terms and bank policy (notes, security, mortgages, guarantees, UCC filings, and closing instructions).
• Identify discrepancies and collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and internal partners to resolve issues and revise documents.
• Develop expertise in Reserve Based Lending structures and documentation requirements for RBL relationships.
