Qualifications

• Experience reviewing attorney-prepared loan documentation and corporate organizational documents is required.
• Associate's degree and at least four years of experience in loan documentation, credit review, bank examination, or a similar risk- or compliance-focused role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial lending documentation and the ability to understand loan terms, conditions and financial components required.

Responsibilities

• Review attorney-prepared loan documentation to ensure alignment with approved terms and bank policy.
• Interpret corporate documents to verify authorized signers and governance requirements.
• Review terms for commercial, CRE, and agricultural loans and financial components.
• Prepare loan document packages reflecting approved terms, including notes, security, mortgages, and UCC filings.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Support Reserve Based Lending structures and related documentation requirements.
