Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Loan Assistant in Oklahoma City to support the commercial lending team through loan origination, documentation, approval, and closing. The role requires coordinating with lenders, borrowers, underwriters, and title companies to ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant with bank policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial loan processing or related banking role.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, underwriting requirements, and closing procedures.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate lending and secured transactions.
• Understanding banking regulations and documentation standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial loan applications from submission to funding.
• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Collect and organize borrower financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
• Prepare and review loan documentation including notes, security agreements, and guarantees.
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, title companies to obtain documents.
• Track loan conditions, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure timely closure.
• Assist with real estate loan closings and due diligence.
• Verify approvals and required docs are in place before closing.
• Maintain accurate loan records in origination systems.
• Ensure files comply with banking regulations and standards.
• Assist with renewals, extensions, and amendments as needed.
• Communicate loan status and requirements to stakeholders.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues with relevant parties.
• Provide administrative support to the commercial lending department.
