Job Description

Addison Group is hiring a Commercial Loan Processor on behalf of our client. This role supports approved commercial loan requests through the processing and closing stages. Responsibilities include verifying application information, tracking required documentation, coordinating third-party services, preparing closing packages, and assisting with loan funding. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple deadlines while maintaining accurate records and communicating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review approved commercial loan applications to verify information and ensure required documentation is complete.
• Monitor outstanding loan requirements and follow up with relevant parties to obtain missing items.
• Arrange third-party services and coordinate with internal departments for appraisals, environmental assessments, title work, and related documentation.
• Request, organize, and prepare documents needed to move loans toward closing.
• Support loan disbursements by processing funding advances and coordinating wire transfers.
• Compile routine reports and perform additional research or analysis to support lending activities.
• Maintain accurate loan files and track processing progress to help meet established deadlines.
• Communicate with loan officers and internal partners to resolve documentation issues and provide updates.
• Assist with post-closing responsibilities and other lending-related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in commercial lending, loan processing, or a related financial services position.
• Familiarity with loan documentation, lending procedures, and approval requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with loan officers and internal departments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
