Tech Credit Union Corp. in Crown Point, IN is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to manage commercial loan requests from application through closing. You will ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with policies and regulatory requirements, working closely with loan officers, members, and third parties.

This role supports timely closings, contributes to reporting, and helps grow the commercial loan portfolio while maintaining high credit and documentation standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with LaserPro or similar software desired
• 2+ years in commercial lending or loan processing preferred
• Experience preparing closing packages and meeting goals preferred

Mansioni

• Prepare and process commercial loan closing packages prior to closing
• Generate commercial loan documents with LaserPro or similar systems
• Coordinate with title companies, government agencies, attorneys, and third parties for filings
• Schedule and facilitate loan closings and meet deadlines
• Review loan approvals for accuracy of amounts, terms, and conditions per committee decisions
