The position requires meticulous organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. The role offers a robust benefits package and a salary range of $75,000–$90,000, with discretionary bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting litigation attorneys.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal document management.
• Familiarity with state and federal filing procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Maintain attorney calendars and coordinate court appearances.
• File documents electronically in NJ E-Courts, NYSCEF, and PACER.
• Assist with discovery, trial prep, and exhibit management.
• Manage case files and billing/time entry.
• Provide professional client and vendor communication.
• Coordinate travel and other support as needed.
• Support multiple attorneys and meet deadlines.
