Stearns Weaver Miller, a full‑service commercial law firm, seeks a full-time Commercial Litigation Paralegal for its Downtown Miami office. You will support multiple attorneys through all litigation stages, including depositions, discovery, and trial preparation.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in commercial litigation and strong knowledge of federal/state rules, plus proficient MS Office and eDiscovery experience; a Bachelor’s degree or ABA Paralegal certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ABA approved paralegal certificate.
• 5+ years of experience as a commercial litigation paralegal.
• Familiarity with federal/state rules and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with eDiscovery tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Support pretrial, trial, and arbitration activities.
• Manage document production, reviews, redactions, and privilege logs.
• Organize databases, run searches, and prepare charts/summaries.
• Draft discovery responses and track discovery; prepare timelines.
