Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
• Large commercial law firm experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Utilize closing software and other software applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of internal staff, attorneys and external clients of the Firm.
• Ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work in both an independent and team environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
