Boutique law firm in Miamifocusing on complex commercial litigation and catastrophic personal injury cases is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

Hours: 9am - 6pm

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.


• Manage legal case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.


• Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.


• Review documents for relevance and accuracy as part of the discovery process.


• Organize case materials and prepare exhibits for court proceedings.
