We’re looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and detail‑oriented – someone who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment and takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case schedules in both state and federal court.
• Coordinate discovery, document production, and trial preparation for complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis using Westlaw and case management software.
• Maintain detailed and organized electronic and physical case files.
• Schedule depositions, hearings, client meetings, and court appearances.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and court staff.
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibit management, and post‑trial filings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court filing procedures, and case management systems.
• Proficiency with Westlaw, e‑filing systems, and calendaring tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Must be on‑site in Dallas, TX (75201).
