The ideal candidate will be proficient with legal technology such as Relativity, capable of handling large volumes of materials, and able to assist attorneys

• Strong understanding of court procedures and litigation processes.
• Proficiency with legal technology and document management tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation support from case inception through trial.
• Handle electronic filing in state and federal courts.
• Prepare and respond to standard discovery requests.
• Organize, process, and manage large volumes of case documents.
• Utilize document review and management platforms (e.g., Relativity) efficiently.
• Review and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and other case materials.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and provide in-trial support as needed.
